Terms and Conditions

NOW THAT YOUR SELECTION IS COMPLETE PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ AND AGREE WITH TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The client understands and expressively convenes that the usage of this service is at his/her own risk, and more specifically but without limiting the generality which precedes, neither Mmic.net or any of its information providers, employees or representatives guaranty that the service will be uninterrupted or without error, nor do they guaranty or make any declaration concerning the results obtained following the use of this service.
The service and all other deliverable products provided by Mmic.net or by all people under its authority are provided "as needed" and "according to availability" without guaranty of any kind. Neither Mmic.net nor any participant in the creation, production or presentation of the product may be held responsible for any direct, indirect, accessory, particular, or consecutive damage following the usage of the service or the incapacity to do so. The client thus understands and expressively convenes that Mmic.net does not guaranty data or the files transmitted or received by the client will not be corrupt or within a reasonable delay, that such data or such files will not be intercepted or that other users will not obtain access to the client's computer or that the content or all other co documents accessible by the service do not contain viruses or all other deleterious elements of components.
Administration fees of two percent (2%) per month (24% on an annual basis) are added to the client's account for all unpaid sums following the day they are due.
No refunds will be granted for cancellation of the contract. In the eventuality of cancellation, the amount due for the balance of the contract must be paid in full.
The renewal of the contract will be automatic for the same period as the previous period initially chosen by the client.
To end the service, the client must submit a written notice no less than 30 days prior to the end of their contract.
All payments will be done through automatic withdrawals taken from the Visa or Master Card of the client.

I have read and understand the terms above and would like pre-approved payments to be taken directly from my identified credit card. To end these pre-approved payments, I will provide a written notice at least one (1) month prior to the renewal date of my contract.
